  I arrived at the counter at 5:05pm and pleaded with the manager to buy a piece of chicken but was rejected. Make sure you get here on time. I think the manager (Josh) was having a bad day due to being a bit rude in response to my my request.

  Purchased a special order, asked if I could freeze, the lovely young man that serviced me said it was fine so I did immediately. When ready to use I put in fridge to defrost overnight. When I went to use 5pm that evening I found the meat to have a horrid odour and slightly green in parts. I returned the product to store but the manager was not in the store, so they suggest I leave the meat and my phone number for a reply the next day. I totally understand that sometimes these things happen but the reason I am writing this review is "where has customer service gone" It is now going into the 5th day since and I have had no communication not even to just discuss the matter, to ask me more or discuss the matter. I work in retail and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. Customer service is sometimes is more important than the product. THAT IS WHY I WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN.
