  I took my phone into the guys at the Battery Bar because it was running out of charge really quickly. Without any fuss they tested the battery for me, found out it was faulty and hooked me up with a replacement. They were extremely friendly and the service was outstanding. They really know their stuff! And, on top of that, my phone is now working great!

  Went there today to change a watch battery. Without telling me anything about pricing the staff member took my watch and started to change it. He handed it back to me grumpily after a few minutes saying "I can't get the back off, you'll have to take it somewhere else with the proper equipment before I put any more scratches in it" and then walked away. The back was COVERED in massive scratches literally looked like he had hacked at it with a screw driver and there was no apology from them at all. Took my watch elsewhere where they changed the batteries easily and buffed the scratches out for me. Was tempted to take the receipt for the buffing to battery bar and ask for a refund but I was too angry to see them again. Do not recommend. They should not be operating if they do not have the proper equipment.
