  Weve been to ask why battery wasn't working correctly and we were told it wouldn't work for what we wanted - miss sold!. Its okay as the gentleman was trying to help and went around back to call manager. While this was happening a older lady was behind the till taking our details, when we asked when we would hear back we got a rude and shocking attitude in response, so my partner responded it was miss sold and if we don't hear back we will be making a complaint, it's a lot of money for us to possibly loose from taking advise from your employee. This lady then started being more aggressive towards us and shouting, we both work in customer service and wouldn't ever and I mean ever speak to a customer the way she did, we as customers had to dissfuse the situation and the tone from your member of staffs voice. It's not acceptable to speak to anyone the way she did let alone on a shop floor, when a customer isn't angry, rude or showing any hostility towards someone. Tried to complain online but the website isn't working properly but please dont think that anyone should speak to you this way and maybe find a small local company as they will probably be a better help and will probably never be as ruthless with a Customer as this woman was. Definitely my worst ever experience with a company my whole life.
