  Bought a bed here a few years ago and I am still happy with it. Sales person didn't try to push me to get a more expensive mattress than my upper limit of my budget, but recommended me something which was popular. Love the choice I made.

  The absolute WORST customer experience of my life to date. I would strongly advise people to avoid this store completely and to be cautious with any Bed Shed following this experience. One sales person in particular made this a horrible experience. I was lied to and told my bed suite would be delivered in 1-2 weeks, which became 3 weeks when I paid and it actually took 10 weeks to be delivered. I received no communication or updates from the store, and the sales person accused me of lying and verbally abused me when I tried to get an update on my delivery. He then proceeded to play games with me, leaving me on hold for 5-10 minutes at a time and when I would call back, the phone would be off the hook. After lodging a formal complaint with head office, I was told that there was nothing they could do. When I requested that the rest of my order (bed side tables and tall boy) be delivered, I was told that I should be the one to call around other stores for stock! The boxes that were delivered were dirty and stained my carpet and after asking for compensation for the entire process, I was offered 2 no-brand pillows which feel like a bunch of rags stuffed into a pillow case which came without proper packaging. Honestly the worst experience ever! Everyone I dealt with failed to apologise or demonstrate any kind of sympathy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!
