  Service is fantastic birds are healthy and happy and other pets appear to be doing well too they dont stay in there for too long and the conditions are nice great selection and fantastic food for birds and all creatures

  Gail and Steve are very helpful and probably have the largest and most unique variety of freshwater and saltwater fish in Bendigo, along with everything needed to maintain and feed them. I love my blue turq snakeskin discus which Gail kept aside for me until I was able to get my water parameters suitable for him. As discus can sometimes do, he took several weeks to eat, which was probably more stressful for me than him, but during this time Gail was happy to provide advice on what to do, including even giving me some different foods to try and offering to set up a tank for him so I could bring him back to the shop so that she could try get him eating. I didn't need to take him back, he got over his shyness and is now doing very well in my community tank.
