  Thanks for following up Benji... pub and staff nice, your meals let you down. Average pub food at restaurant prices. Check out how the Woodville do their meals... same prices better quality and consistent.

  Great hotel with nice atmosphere, but unfortunately the meals we had there were not that good.

  On a Sunday, you’ll find half of middle aged Adelaide here. Friendly service, cool decor, great beer and wine selection. Was great to sit at the front of the pub and enjoy the pedal powered beer carts go up and down the street loaded with rowdy, partying revellers.

  This a place of decor of shabby chic, the staff are fantastic. Food great. The beer garden, is great. Mixed crowd. Try it it's funky.

  So after being seated at 1:30 pm we are told there would be a 40 minute wait for meals, I explained we needed to leave by 2.50 at the latest as we had another appointment- we order as soon as we get there -easy choices schnitzel and fish are the orders that should not take long! At 2:20 -50 minutes after we arrive I ask how far off the meals are? They should be starting to be cooked shortly was the reply form the waiter. At 2:40 1 hour and 10 minutes after we arrived the meals finally came- overcooked chips, tasteless salad and a chicken schnitzel of a very very average standard!! Next time you're in I will shout you a round of drinks says the manager - Don't bother.. we will not be returning - food and service an epic fail would not recommend to anyone -particularly for a group booking of 6 they were useless! Interesting that the business we went to after (late for our appointment) said if I had asked them about this place they would of given us the heads up not to go to lunch here as since the new owners it has gone down hill- not a very flattering comment from a fellow business in the same street. Steer clear absolutely not worth it. NO stars!!! Had to give it a one so I could post.
