::We made an appointment for 8am to get a quote for our bathroom floors - they turned up at 7:30 so I asked politely to wait 10min or so while we finished getting ready - my wife was still in the shower and kids getting ready - this was obviously to much to ask as all I got was a disgruntled comment as he walked off. When I went out to say he can come in, still earlier than our appointment time they had left! No reply to messages left. Clearly a great way to do business!

::I had already opened the door 5 minutes earlier to put some towels on the floor so as not to get water in the room from the marble polishing. I came back to start polishing when I noticed someone had thrown the towel on the wet floor. I picked up the wet towel and placed another just inside the bedroom floor to continue polishing when someone shoved the door into my machine! I noticed a lady waving at me, i could not hear anything because of the noise from the marble polishing machine. She then picked up this towel and threw it on the floor under my machine! I did not think anyone could be silly enough to throw towels or push a door onto a fast spinning machine, I thought she must have been retarded so I just kept working.

::This is my first business review because I felt there was no other outlet to express my frustration and disgust towards the business owner. I was a guest in someone's home when they hired Wayne Fitzgibbons and his team to clean their marble floors. Without knocking, Wayne opened the bedroom door while polishing the floor outside and refused to close it as I expressed my humiliation and shock in my underwear in the middle of the room. I asked, then yelled at him several times to close the door, but eventually had to charge towards it myself as he ignored my request and/or pretended not to hear me. As I tried to push the door to get dressed he reached his arm against it so I couldn't, and flung it against me in a forceful fashion. He continued to prevent me from closing the door until someone else came to see what I was alarmed about. I was then finally able to close the door embarrassedly to get dressed in peace. I felt extremely violated, but decided not to put the homeowner in an awkward situation in the middle of an expensive job by being confrontational. Initially I considered he may have been autistic and unaware of standard social protocols, but this was confirmed to not have been the case. At best he was on a severe time-constraint and was too focused and/or brash to be considerate, at worst he is a sexist and racist bigot who didn't think I deserved the courtesy of privacy. I am still confused and in disbelief since he was silent the entire time with only a sinister glare. The job him and his team did on the floors was good, but I have no other point of comparison.
