  Extremely rude and unhelpful. The only time I ever heard from them was when they wanted money. Any concern, service, maintenance, they were not interested. And good luck disposing of them, you will need court and lawyers. Also note some of the good reviews are done by the owner of the business or her friends.

  high fees don't always equate to the best service, best strata gave a extremely slow and a poor quality service in 2015-16, thankfully my fellow unit owners agreed to move to a low cost Norwood business an saved big bucks and got a far better service

  Rude, obstructive, completely uncooperative and dishonest. As a property owner, I'd advise doing everything in your power to avoid this company. Negative 5 stars.

  Best Strata's service delivery lacks consistency, professionalism and expertise to name a few. I would not recommend this group. 0 Stars. Note: The Owner, Sharon Ellis has provided a review on this forum giving her company 5 Stars. Conflict of interest!

  I like Best Strata. They do a great job for our community managing units in Adelaide.
