  I have truly stayed in many hotels/motels across Australia-home and abroad. It's my 2nd day at The Best Western and the service and support I have received to surprise my partner whilst his working away on RAAF Base Amberley is top of the range. I suggest if your ever in my situation I would recommend staying. The rooms and staff are lovely. Cheers Carrie

  I am the owner of the Best Western Ipswich Heritage Motor Inn. I have never heard of Nicole Pakai. As far as I am aware she has never stayed here. There has certainly been no guest registered in that name in the past eleven years. Our rooms are certainly not "scummy": they are assessed by the (independent) national assessment authority and by Best Western Quality Assurance inspectors as well every year, and every time they score well above average, especially for cleanliness.
