  We stayed in an executive room, very clean, well presented, great breakfasts and really friendly staff. Definitely will stay again.

  The last place I will stay in when I go to Toowoomba from now on. Management was a major disappointment . They were rude and I was not sure with such degree of antagonism against people why were they in hospitality business .We complained about missing breakfast because we did not know that we had to apply for it the night before !!and we were abused and said that now we charge you more on your credit card. I am waiting to see if they have the courage to do that. Some permanent tenants were meeting outside our room and talking for a while. Bathroom had cockroaches and I killed them before my wife discovered them . There were some positives but not much .

  Great place. Clear, fantastic shower pressure. 10-15 minutes walk into town. Great air con.

  Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a good work desk and wifi. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast was included in my tariff and was good value for money. The on-site restaurant is of a good standard and I enjoyed dinner there at a reasonable price.

  I was coming here all the time for work, rooms are nice but they desperately need double glazed windows have been in a room a few times now on the main road and had a terrible sleep. Also very noisy in the morning with people leaving and cleaning staff start super early and noisy to. The other disappointing thing is that they changed their menu and chef of their restaurant which was absolutely Devine before, the menu now is very average and way too expensive so all in all won't be back.
