  I recently had a Betta Wardrobe installed by Kirk and salesman Ash. I also used Betta for a previous wardrobe install over 9 years ago which was also very good. Installation was faultless and both Kirk (and Ash) were very professional. I am very happy with the end result and recommend them.

  Our installer, Hilmo, was extremely hard working. The job went well even though it was a very rainy day. This is the second built-in we have had done with Betta and we are very satisfied.

  Purchased wardrobes through this branch, pleasant to deal with however when referred to head office for problems with the doors customer service turns terrible. 6 months of poor service, problems not fixed and now they are trying to get away with not fixing. AVOID.

  WE ARE STUNNED HAD THE SALES REP COME TODAY TO MEASURE FOR A SCREEN. OPENING LINE WHEN SEEING THE APARTMENT WAS I SHOULD CHARGE DOUBLE.. THEN HE WENT INTO A RAGE SAYING YOU CANT DO THIS YOU CANT DO THAT. HE THEN SAID "ONLY THREE LETTERS COME TO MIND" "R.U.N. THE OWNERS OF THE APARTMENT WERE TWO LADIES WHO WERE LEFT IN TEARS BY THIS ARROGANT RUDE PERSON. WILL NEVER EVER USE YOU FOR ANYTHING. BTW WE HAVE MANY LARGE BUILDINGS WITH LOTS OF SCREENS NEEDED. BEWARE USING THEM.
