  Excellently laid out floor plan. Very easy to find your way around and what you need. Helpful staff. Self serve option available. Good prices & great deals. Would reccomend & go back any day either to browse or get something in particular. Either quick in & out or larger shop.. very easy & welcoming environment. :)

  Big W in South Yarra is a large store with many products on offer. There are usually promotions or discounts, and the opening hours are great. However, there never seems to be enough staff. I can spend 5 minutes trying to locate a sales person for a simple query. I've never been served in the change rooms either. In saying all of this, there was a young girl (Alita) I believe her name was, who helped me with balloons last week; she was fantastic. I had called before hand and she left my details at the desk as she was finishing her shift. It just so happened when I arrived ten minutes later she was still there serving, and stayed back to help the ladies in front of me and myself. This sort of customer service is a rarity and I hope she knows it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you for all your assistance and willingness as you knew I needed this order asap! :)

  Big store with a lot of product available and a wide range from clothing, electronics, beauty, chocolates, shoes, but not many staff. Things are kept pretty tidy, and all seems in order...easy parking at low prices in the basement car park. I see that some people go there in dirty old clothes and leave with stolen shoes and clothes from Big W

  It's good shop because the team help you very well. Also I was there for find one empty big box for send some clothe in France, and Peter take my recommendation for the size for help me and he ask me to come back the next day. That pretty nice!

  Christmas only turns people into monsters if they were jerks to begin with. Kudos to the guy on the service desk today (23/12) who had to deal with the charming couple who took turns to aggressively bully him into doing what they wanted. You handled it with grace...even when they accused you of ruining a child's Christmas. I've always experienced great customer service in the store, thanks!
