::Very arrogant and rude staff. Terrible customer service! I was treated in a very condescending manner and second rate. I was given incorrect information and they attempted to rubbish what bike I had and overcharge me over $1K for the 'essential' repairs or sell me something else. I went elsewhere in Adelaide and had completely the opposite experience. I was treated respectfully and my bike is now back in pristine condition and running beautifully for one third of their quoted price. With those 'essential' repairs proving to be completely unrequired. I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere, especially if you are female.

::Very bad mechanic I have been there just for a check up before a big ride. Now my front brake is touching and my drive train noisy. Worst bike shop in 3 years bike tour !
