  This is by far the best Bikram studio I’ve been to! Lovely modern and spacious facilities, beautiful friendly people, really well managed and very reasonable pricing options. When I first came to Newcastle, I was so disappointed to find that there was no Bikram yoga. I tried many other forms of yoga for a number of years but nothing worked for me the way Bikram did in Melbourne. I often got niggling injuries too and ended up giving up on yoga for a while. So I was so happy and excited when I discovered that Bikram had finally arrived in Newcastle! After one month I already feel better than I have in ten years! If you’ve never tried it, this will transform your life if you give it a chance.

  Training at Bikram Newcastle is definatly a great experiance, awsome atmosphere and professional trainers. Definitely recommend
