::Cleanliness: standard. Customer service: terrible. I got the death stare from one of the younger staff members for some unknown reason, was off-putting. The person who served me was abrupt and, frankly, rude as hell. Variety: exceptional. Value for money: amazing and affordable. Atmosphere: not ideal. I went in there merely to purchase some new headphones - quick and effortless. They made me feel as though I was a great inconvenience - not ideal at all. To summarize, the variety and the pricing of the products was amazing and incredibly affordable - great value for money. The staff on the other hand need to lighten up a bit. I know it's Sydney CBD and everyone is in a rush, and are usually mindfulnessly rude but it's no excuse to take it out on your customers. Yes, working in retail isn't the best. But, if you behave like this then people will not return. There are many other stores in the city that people can go to.

::Salesperson I spoke to last Thursday afternoon was disparaging and impatient when I was trying to decide on a major purchase. It was when I suddenly spoke to ask a question and the PA system at the same time made an announcement, that the salesperson rudely dismissed me and ridiculously blamed me for him not hearing the announcement. I left the store after that and purchased at JB Hi-fi instead.

::Really happy. I ordered a fitbit online and collected it the next day. I accidentally ordered a large and they gladly swapped it for a small. Warm and friendly staff.

::eBay Pickup service poorly coordinated, was treated by two rude staffs in three encounters. Will NEVER return for the inconevenience and disrespect. On my fourth encounter with an old man who seems like the manager; the rude staffs were timid like a mouse. The issue was finally resolved but this extremely bad customer service needs a better monitoring system or a staff reevaluation.
