::I am used to paying around $50 for a long straight blowdry every time i have attended this salon however was charged $70 when i visited the Collins St one. The girl was nice however she was so extremely rough with my hair whilst brushing and blow drying that i felt like half of it was gone when i left the salon. Ive never walked away from a salon feeling this ripped off, unrelaxed and in pain. Unfortunately this has sort of turned me off going to any of the Blow Dry Bars now.

::Good service, but having gone here for years, on my last visit was told the cost for a blow wave was $60. Um no, I have been going here for years and it has always cost $50. I explained this to the girl at the desk who insisted there was a $10 charge for long-hair. My hair has been the same length for years - yes it is long - but why tell me it has always been $60 for long hair?? Anyway, I shall vote with my feet and not go back. A shame as it is just opposite my office, but a friend has given me the name of a most cost effective place around the corner. Bye!

::A very happy customer! I have been getting my hair cut at Blow Dry Bar Collins St for the last 5 years and have had a number of stylists over this time who have all been fantastic. They listen to what I want and provide advice and feedback when it's needed, which always results in a great cut / colour / blow wave.

Hi Lauren, thanks for your review, there are a few situations that you are not in our booking system, one is that client reply our confirmation SMS with "reschedule" and our system remove booking automatically; another one is that client book an appointment with time of they want, but it is in wrong date.
