  October 2017 I injured my left shoulder and lost complete use of my left arm. I decided to go see a physiotherapist. A friend suggested Blue Sky Therapies. I've been getting treatment for the last five months and my shoulder has improved 95%. After following their advise I have now got complete movement in my arm and pain free as well. I have still got a little bit to go, but I'm confident it will be completely healed within a couple of months. I would like to add it is important to take their advise and do the exercises they tell you to do otherwise it's a waste of time. It works both ways. You also have to put in the effort. Its the same as going to the doctor, he prescribes you with medication and you don't take it and then you complain you're not getting better. I recommend Blue Sky Therapies because they are professional, a great team, friendly and have a positive attitude.

  I was referred to Blue Sky Therapies after having a serious MVA in 2012.I have been working with various physios at Blue Sky for the past 4 years. The team at Blue Skies have provided me with the professional support l need and have helped tailor a program to suit my philosophy of life.   Excellent team at Blue sky Therapies katherine NT, from receptions Dani to the very skilled knowledgeable and experienced physio Ellie and Micheal and his Team who continue to work with my injuries from a MVA i highly recommend this team of amazing physiotherapists.
