  Got to love this place! I really like that the Pilates Instructors are professional, courteous and have a great sense of humour. They have an amazing knowledge in anatomy and exercise movement. They almost make working hard a joy. The benefits of Pilates for me have been increased flexibility, strength, muscle tone and decrease in back pain. The equipment is all state of the art and you will never be bored with your workout as there are many variations and new ‘toys’ to work with. Body Organics is very versatile with so many services under one roof. A must go…
