::rip off merchants. i wanted to support a local business and purchased a door lock for $225. i knew i would be paying a little bit more to shop at a local store. however i found the same lock a week latter at bunnings for $110 less. i went back to the store to complain. i said i expect to pay 10 to 15 % more at a small independent store like yours but not 100% more. they couldnt care less. will not be back ever again and have told my friends to steers clear.

::9/10 Satisfaction on cutting keys They've done them for many ford flip keys i've had, and also my house and work keys, very talented locksmiths. ... sadly one time when I wanted a key cut / programmed for a GM vehicle which was an aftermarket key (none the less still a fully functional key as i found later when i had it cut and programmed by a Sydney locksmith) however in this store i was told i had to buy their style of key (looks 99% the same) (is still an aftermarket key?!)

::I have had security locks fitted to my windows by this company and was very satisfied. I have also had numerous keys cut and never had a problem. I presented to this store recently to have an car key copied as the plastic cover of the key had cracked. I had the blank and the key to be copied. I was told that it would be $35.00 and asked where did I get the blank from..........EBAY (so what I got it from EBAY, I can't afford the exorbitant price that they charge. $85.00 to supply and cut when you can buy the blanks for a few dollars). I enquired why was the cost was so dear just to copy a key. I was told by the female assistant that they had to cover costs in case they made a mistake cutting the new key. How many mistakes are made, I have never had one, maybe she should look at a different career, and the blanks are cheap.. A key cut is around $5.00 and to supply the blank so how can they justify such a massive mark up.? I am a pensioner and would recommend that you do your home work before you visit this rip off store.
