  This station is meant to operate a parcel pick-up point for CouriersPlease. They do this reluctantly at the best of times. On Saturday, Suvitha was at the counter. First she refused to serve me until all her BP customers had been served. Then, when she got to me, she found my parcel but refused to hand it over because my name was not in the system, even though I had the collection card and ID. I later found out from CouriersPlease that there is no name in any system for their prepaid satchel service. To BP: If you do not want to operate a parcel pick-up point for CouriersPlease, then don't do it. If you do, then accept that it is part of your service and treat us like customers.

  They are a pick up point for various courier companies and their service is appalling. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Even after handing over 10 IDs, their staff still don’t hand over packages because I use a shortened version of my name. Their staff are rude and obnoxious. Their management should not have said they’d be a pick up point when their staff won’t exercise common sense of handing over packages. Everyone in Australia shortens their name and it’s time the stupid staff here realised this and didn’t accuse someone of not being who they say they are. Courier companies should not use them as a pick up point and their staff need to be retrained. Their staff also need to learn what customer service is because this is twice now I’ve dealt with obnoxious impolite staff who won’t do their job.

  Since they got rid of the security after 10pm it's a nightmare going here. Long queues, rude and inattentive staff who are probably just angry at having to fetch things for people. As a cost saving exercise it's a terrible idea. Even waiting to pay for fuel is an exercise in patience. I reckon the $400 they save on a security guard is mitigated by the many more $100s they lose by people not going there any more.

  Late night service is shocking here. The guy told me he was "busy". He proceeded to throw away old sandwiches which he advised me was more important than serving me. There were no other customers in store at the time. I waited 5-10 minutes for him to dispose of sandwiches at a leisurely pace before he returned to serve me. Another night I was served by the same guy who told me once again he was busy and I had to wait. I was the only customer in store, yet I was made to wait until he served 4 other customers who walked in after me before he served me. Ridiculous.

  Spent $83 from this servo today. Had some diesel on my hand so I asked some wet wipes from the counter staff, did not provide. said they ran out. bought 2 bottled drinks and asked for a bag, he said no bag. Tell me what else you dont have?? Improve your amenities!
