::It's fine for fuel, but don't expect the car wash to be running with any degree of certainty. I reckon it up and running about 60% of the times I've gone to use it.

::Terrible customer service today. On handing my velocity number to earn points the girl refused to scan the code or manually put the code in the system as the number has been saved to an app on my phone, I did not have the actual card. I don’t carry cards as they take up too much room. She tried to make me sign up a new velocity card, why would I have two?? She just stood there giggling. Pathetic! Pick up your game, and maybe train your employees to know how to do their job, not that hard to scan a phone or manually put in the number, what’s the difference???
