  im writing a complain about your staff in BP cannington, this evening march 21, 2018, it was around 9ish pm, i was trying to pick up my parcel and he just straightaway saying he never received any parcel under my name, he didnt even try to check it first, he was treating me like stupid. the customer service was very poor, and im not very happy, he didnt give me any other option to help me with my parcel, it showed me that he doesnt care where my parcel is because he was trying to point that it's not your company's fault, he asking me to call the courier and ask for my parcel, he doesnt even care about his customer, just stating "i never receive any parcel under your name"

  The manager Wendy is really nice and supportive... Great place and friendly staff.
