  Don't go there!! The machine ripped my rear wiper off and when I retrieved it from the wash bay, I found 4 others lying there! BP made it extremely difficult and cumbersome to make a claim - even with photos and email quotes for repair as proof. In the end I just cut up my Velocity card and threw it away.
