Amazing service from our consultant Lara! My sister and been to a fair few bridal shops but no one else compared to Lara and the Brides of Sydney team and Store. They had every dress we wanted to try plus a few that we never would have thought of ourselves.Overall a wonderful experience so we decided to come back and we did find the dress!

I had a wonderful customer experience with Tiana this afternoon. She picked up on my 'lets get on with this' approach and was very helpful. I was pretty much sorted with my idea of what I wanted, after having visited other bridal salons. Tiana was friendly without being fake, helpful and genuine. The store was incredibly busy, and she was doing her best to juggle unexpected customers alongside scheduled appointments. What I really enjoyed most of all was that Tiana listened, didn't push another agenda or ideas, and made the process very simple. I found my dress in under 30 minutes, and had purchased it within the hour. This was after having tried on maybe 10-15 dresses at other stores in the last 2 months. Thank-you Tiana!

Absolutely amazing! The staff are incredible, so supportive and encouraging. Found the most amazing dress, at incredible prices. They have such a wide range, and really give you the time of day, unlike other places I went to.

I am usually a pretty positive person and can brush these things off, but considering these women’s jobs are to make a Bride feel welcome and try their best to make the brides experience memorable, I had to say something. We were 15mins early to my appointment. The lady at the front desk seemed lovely at first, but then once the assistant walked up the stairs, a comment was made about my “entourage”, (hate to tell you ladies, you work in bridal and unfortunately a girl wants her Mum and sisters with her when she is trying on a dress she has dreamed about since she was a little girl!). Needless to say, straight off the bat the vibe I got was not good and I knew this was going to be a bad experience. The assistant asked me what kind of style I liked, and my budget (which was high). She basically force fed me dresses. I didn’t even get to look through the first rack before I was ushered into the room where the change rooms were. I wanted everyone to pick a dress for me to try on, but once my sister picked a dress and was told to put it back as it was very expensive, I immediately knew my inkling was correct and that the appointment was about the shop assistant and not me. There were 6 dresses in the change room, 2 of which I had picked, the rest were her choices of what she thought I would like. There was absolutely no care factor, no excitement, no help from this assistant. I felt like she hated her job and just wanted me in and out as quickly as possible. I booked the appointment over a week in advance, and was treated like someone who had walked in off the street. I was in that change room for no more than 20mins. It was like she wasn’t even trying to sell me a dress. In all honesty, even if I found the dress, I would not give them the business on the sheer fact that they absolutely ruined my afternoon and put a sour taste on the whole experience. Rude, unhelpful and unprofessional! That woman should not be working in bridal. I do not recommend them to anyone. No idea how this store got 4.5 stars!

I went here looking for my dress last year (I'm not great at doing reviews quickly!) and the service was incredible. The lady helping us was called Erica, and she was amazing. So accommodating, so helpful, not pushy in the slightest. She listened carefully to what I wanted, had me pick out some options, then went round the store finding anything else I might like. She brought belts and sleeve caps over when I was considering them, and honestly discussed the pros and cons of all the options. It was the final stop in a long day for me and my bridal party, and we'd had some bad experiences earlier (Fashions by Farina - never go there), so it was a relief to find Erica. I didn't end up buying my dress here as I fell in love with a very small label that they don't stock, but I wanted to still give a great review because the whole experience was fun, friendly, and special - just like buying a wedding dress should be.
