::I signed a contract of a new BMW X3 on 14-02 and paid $2000 deposit. But the contract was canceled as my car loan was declined. Couple weeks has passed but they still hold my deposit. I wrote an email to the business manager but nothing happened even no reply. Anybody could tell me what I can do next? Never gotten a experience like this.I didn’t break the contract and i just wanna get my deposit back ASAP!

::Excellent customer service, prompt, polite and professional. Have had my BMW serviced here a few times now and have had a great experience. A loan car when I need one, an offered lift to work if needed, I take my black car in dirty and it comes back clean and shinny!
