  Bought a new 2017 Kodiaq and could not be happier with the service given and the hospitality shown by the staff. Jacksen helped us with our selection and patiently explained everything and made it easier for us to understand and we left the dealership with a great car. We'd love to buy another car from them in the future.

  Jacksen at Brisbane City Škoda is the best salesperson I have come across. I test drove cars at Mazda and Hyundai and they were okay, but Jacksen got me over the line with the Škoda. His communication from sale to delivery was very professional and helpful. He understood my situation and did all he could to make it work.

  Don't deserve even one star. Last day cancelled my deal and i had no car on first day of my job. Even one week notice would have helped to get other car. Never ever buy anything from here. They don't even have shame on this. Blunt on the face of customer. Never had this kind of experience while buying milk or buying house.

  Been with Skoda since 2009, and am now on our third vehicle - love their cars. After sales service is 5 stars. However, sales is poor. They have messed us around with test drives, they don't know their product, and they don't part with the $250 referral commission that they claim to offer. It is a shame because the sales person that we had at the end of 2016 was fantastic.
