::Girlfriend and myself spent 2 weeks in an east facing appartment on the 6th floor looking straight down on where it happens in Broady. Absolutely the best location appartment we've had , we partied hard and no bother from management and the place has its own unique style and charm that intoxicated us further. Our best 2 weeks together.

::We stayed here at the holiday apartments on broadbeach for 4 nights. The location was "EXCELLENT" The restaurants were wonderful The accommodation was "FANTASTIC" the rooms were spotless, plenty of room for two adults and two teenage boy's. Every thing was provided for us, and the service was amazing. "Service with a smile" and so helpfull, we loved it. Indoor heated spa and pool and outdoor pools. UBER was cheap and everywhere (no need to hire a car) We are planning our 25th wedding anniversary next February 2019, we are going back to Broadbeach Holiday Apartments. Great memories. Big thanks to all the staff at Broadbeach Holiday Apartments.

::We have stayed in their apartments 4 times now. Great location excellent amenities. It's not a 5 star luxury resort but if you are not a whinger you will love it. Shops and restaurants everywhere nearby . J&K

::Hi we are an owner of one of the appartments in the building, purchased around 12 months ago. we don’t live in QLD but I must say that I’m extremely proud to have Broadbeach holiday apartments looking after our apartment. We have stayed in our apartment on a number of Occassions and I can’t help but to express my complete gratitude that we have a great team in broadbeach holiday apartments. Over the last 12 months I can only speak highly of the commitment, and can do attitude by Melody and her team. Adam is great to deal with and Kathy is just delightful. The professional attitude displayed by the staff along with the can do attitude is second to none. They really try hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I know this because as an owner I have had some of my friends and or family stay in my apartment, booked through BBHA un be known to them and deliberately put BBHA through the ringers on perpose. Sneaky I know. I want to make sure that who ever I give my business to, meet a high standard In order to retain my business. I recall a time I was wanting to stay for a few days only to be informed that other guests had already booked during that period. No point arguing it’s a lost cause. GUESTS REALY COME FIRST not owners. Of course with the extreamly short notice given by me I wasn’t expecting any other outcome. In my book BBHA passed with flying colours once again. (That’s displays the commitment they have for their guests. There may be the odd Occassion were things may not go according to plan, but they are always fixed. However it’s been very few and far between. In closing I am delighted as an owner and convinced I have a great team by my side and I wouldn’t change it. Congratulations Melody and your team for the passion, commitment and professionalism you have displayed in the time iv been dealing with you keep it up. THEY REALY DO CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS. Highly recommended.
