  I purchased a very expensive pair of sunglasses and lenses, which have from the onset not lived up to the recommendation of the staff or the quality I would expect when spending this money on frames and lenses. I have worn glasses since I was four years old and this is by far the worst and most stressful, and anxious a pair of glasses I have ever purchase. The frames continued to rust, seize up, the lenses protective coating went spotty and foggy, and the clear coat peeled off in bits and pieces on the glasses, They have tried to cover and placate the issues as they have arisen, and on every occasion questioned my use of the glasses. To this date, they continue to tell me that this has never happened to anyone else. I find this statistically impossible. At no time did they offer a refund, I have had the frames replaced twice and the lenses replace once. It now makes me nauseous and anxious when I go near or past this shop, their follow-up is sadly lacking or in the least lazy (taking days and sometimes weeks to return calls and emails). They have now offered a full refund (only on my request) after two years of misfortune, and offer no compensation for the stress and anxiety caused all for the time without the glasses, time wasted in returning to have them adjusted cleaned and excuses made. Please think carefully before taking any recommendations from anyone in the shop.
