  Diane has been my accountant at Btacs for 10+ years. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I keep working with btacs because they provide a good service at a reasonable price. I have pretty simple tax affairs but have also recommended businesses to Btacs who have been really happy with the service.

  A great experience, was provided with really good advice, would highly recommend, the only flaw would have been the 20min wait when I got there.

  Alan was a great help and very professional. Would recommend for tax help/advice. Young lady on reception very helpful too.

  1 star service. Went in for three tax returns and was charged a ridiculous price. Then failed to get me to sign the appropriate documents and my return was sitting for 4 weeks in the office, with no contact made to me. Was only recognised as I called up to check the progress and was informed that no returns had been lodged. I was then still charged full price after not receiving a professional service they advertise and pride themselves on. Would not recommend and would not go back.
