  Their pizza is good but this rating i am giving just only for their customer service. I was repeatatively trying to order through uber eats. They didnt open the portal for that and when i called they were asking more for their own delivery than what will cost with ubereats. The guy was imposing their offer on me when i was just asking to open their portal for uber eats. So unprofessional!!!

  Great friendly staff, always yummy fresh ingredients on the pizzas and generous with the toppings. They are always happy to oblige any extra requests

  Just had the worst pizza I think I’ve ever had. Ordered a large margarita with salami and jalapeños. Tomato sauce tasted like a can of tomatoes with no herbs, seasoning or care. Totally bland. Doughy base. Dry lifeless crust. Avoid like the plague.

  The fine pizza-makers at Bubba Pizza have been catering for the DnD sessions which I play with four of my friends for the last year or so. Every time they've been excellent people, with great service and quality pizzas. If you're anywhere near Richmond, this is the place to go for the best pizzas around.
