  I've used other car hires in Perth. I would not recommend this one.

  Pleasant customer service is not really their forte, if you want to be treated disrespectfully and like a burden on their time this is the place for you!

  Cheap nasty cars that fall apart, don’t work properly and refuse to listen when you say cruise and traction control were not working properly and need looking at, door seal coming apart too

  Terrible service. Rude lady on the phone. Unfortunately, RAC are using Budget during repairs or vehicle assessments, so no here choices unfortunately. I would hope they could change this, as this Perth City branch truly have the worst service I have ever experienced.

  Rating on the service. Unbelievably slow service, everyone had to have a conference chat about everything, tying up all staff for all tasks every five minutes. Everyone needs more training and this office more efficient business processes.
