::Got my hatchback in for a major service. Something went wrong during the service and left me stranded after picking up the car and driving it a while away. Bunbury toyota honoured the service and paid for it to be resolved, so that was great to hear. I do remember having to wait 40 mins for my car to be "washed" when I came to pick it up - even though it was outside on the verge the whole time (unwashed). Little confusion there but overall OK.

::My experience here is so positive that I would prefer to stay in the waiting room with the paper, TV and AC, than actually go anywhere else. The staff are really pleasant to deal with so I'm not surprised they consistently win the customer service awards too.
