::Too often have empty boxes on shelves. Four times in last 6 weeks alone out of stock on 4 seperate items.

::Worst customer service at service desk! Asked for a product was told were to go. Once there was told no not in this area go back. Went back to so called service desk they told me to go wait for someone back in a different area. Waited.... Then told the person im waiting for is on a break! Left store and made my purchase elsewhere. Wow pick up your game. I have shares in this company and run a maintenance business making purchases daily. And had e people in the store waiting on bunnings staff that don't know where there products are.

::i went in here to buy a pack of screws, I left with a whole trolley full of tools and stuff I didn't need. Curse you.... Bunnings used to be the bees knees of the hardware stores, low low prices and great specials, lately it seems they have stopped really caring about low prices and the specials are few and far between. It'd be nice to see them get back to their old roots.

::Loyal Customer here. Went in today to exchange one product with another. Went to the Aisle where I purchased product one to get the correct product however could not locate the product I was after Upon spending considerable time searching for said product I gave up and asked for some assistance from a staff member. The staff member pointed in the direction of the aisle I had just been in. Fair enough, maybe they had not heard me say I had already looked there. I told the staff member I had already looked for the second time, where they looked at me and told me I would find it there. They walked away after that.
