::Mascot is the worst Bunnings. No customer service. Staff just talking to each other. So much attitude i walked out in discussed. Alexandria is the best storr. Even got greetings of hello as i was walking around. Management at Bunnings Mascot needs to go to the floor and open a check out as well. Even self service closed. But i suppose the staff needed time to chat to each other

::Good store ......... BUT TERRIBLE PHONE ENQUIRIES. I don't have th time it takes to go to your store when a phone call tells me if you have this or that. I'll ring elsewhere and I'LL SHOP ELSEWHERE.

::Very bad customer service. One guy said will get someone to help but nobody turned up after long wait. The other guy just asked us to get stuffs off the top shelf outselves. Hopeless.

::I purchased 2 well made portable garment hanging rails from the Mascot store and later found that an assembly clip was missing from one of the boxes. In an outstanding and generous gesture a completely new garment rail was delivered to my house free of charge on the Sunday morning following my email to the store manager the night before. I was completely amazed by this example of what must be heralded as the very best of true customer service. Bunnings really are committed to looking after those of us who depend on them for a good range of reasonably priced good quality products. Thank you to Matthew Gray for exceptional service.
