  Worst customer service ever. The staffs here did not even provide a service, they ignored me. I asked a staff where can I find a door lock, the man said nothing, only on glance and go away. Ridiculous!! I will never come back to this store agin!

  Drove for an hour to Bunnings Mile End to collect a product we were told they stocked; then to be told by a very rude staff member they had no idea what we were talking about. Attempted to visit the toilet but found the entire area blocked by a snake handler passing around various snakes to a large group of parents and their kids. How completely stupid!

  Horrible disrespectful service, told what I "look like" by staff as I walked in. Waited for help, none came, asked elsewhere but useless staff just sent me back to same Customer Service Operator who was far more interested in helping one woman for twenty minutes and telling me to wait. I knew what I wanted. Never shopping in this store again. Will go elsewhere.

  Always good shopping at Bunnings although I could not locate what I wanted. Had directions from staff but could not see what I wanted. Will try again when I have more time and it's not 38 degrees. Purchased 2 fantastic pedestal fans to help us in this heat.
