Great to know there are honest, caring and trustworthy people who are prepared to go the extra mile to help someone.

::Went in today to exchange an item and the lady at the counter was so unwelcoming. Need very basic customer service skills!

::Went in today to get a flange nut for a bolt. Was not able to find the nut in the right size or material. Approached the trades counter who was not able to call the guy allocated to hardware so paged him over the PA. No response. I approached another lady who said he may be on break so grabbed an older gentleman from the tool centre to assist. Oh boy was this bloke a ray of sunshine. I asked him three questions in total. Twice he answered by saying 'all the nuts are here mate if we have em we do and if we dont we dont'. Had absolutely no idea and totally unwilling to assist. Went to autobarn straight after and they told me what material was suitable for my application and found the correct size with a smile on their face.
