  Despite offering a competent tax return on par with others, I would strongly advise all clientele to stringently check all charges made by this firm. Despite being a long term client, we were double-charged for the same service on multiple occasions. Each time we brought these indescrepancies to the director's attention (some of which he was claiming for services rendered up to three years prior), his response was simply: 'yes you are correct' and would order his subordinates to alter the invoice. Our last invoice was reduced by $2,300 from our observations- doesn't inspire much confidence when one considers this is an accounting firm! Consistently lied to and made to feel our business was unappreciated. Add to this the constant attempt to upsell their own financial products which are offered far above competitors rates, we will be certain to ensure all our associates do not deal with this company. Beware.

  Found these accountants in Adelaide to be worth their weight in gold, these chartered accountants were able to put all my books in order, save me alot of tax and put my business back in the green. They even laid out a plan to expand my business which I didn't expect, so happy and highly recommended.

  Matt and the guys really helped me out, I was really looking for a home loan with the best interest rates and as they provide mortgage brokering services in Adelaide I thought I’d give them a try and I’m so happy I did.   I found this chartered accountant in Adelaide who has been great for my business and steering it in the right direction. The team at Business Initiatives were very helpful with my accounting and bookkeeping which was in a mess, these guys fixed it all quick smart. I have since recommended them to all my friends and business contacts. They gave me a direct log-in on their website were I'm able to upload all my book work, which I found absolutely fantastic and time saving.

  While searching Accountant Adelaide I came across Business Initiatives and am glad I did. Compared to my last accountant they are Awesome, they saved me so much money for the 12-13 financial year.
