::Kept asking staff to alert the developers/owners of The Newton Central Shopping Car Park there to block it off after all the businesses have closed & have a physical security or police presence due to the constant street racing. The night the ATM blew up there a police car even did a burnout! No one seems to care. It's so noisy & dangerous & the car cruises are ignored by the shop owners as the police NEVER or rarely show up.
