  The worst customer service experience I have ever had. The older bold guy, Jason, was arrogant, rude and insulting without reason when I approached the counter. The older woman with the red hair (that pretends to be a teenager) only laughed at 'Jason's' insulting comments .. just disgusting!. I will NEVER purchase anything from that place again!.

  Rude, ignorant and RACIST staff. If you are not from an English speaking country or do not have an English ID card, don't bother going. We were humiliated, patronised and not allowed to buy alcohol due to their "strict rules", which were not elaborated on. Note that the ID shown clearly stated my birthdate that is readable to English speakers and that I am clearly over 18. I was told to come back with my passport, which is printed in the same language as my ID! The staff are a joke. Perhaps the staff should wake up and realise that English is not the only language in the world. I do not recommend BWS Surfers Paradise and will not be returning.

  Rude discriminating bouncers, watered down drinks, nothing special. Take your money else where for a better time.
