::My family has stayed at Harbour lights for the past 4 years each Jan. We love the rooms and location, lovely staff. Beware this hotel also has a residential unit on the side overlooking the pool. On the 7th floor their is a man who hides with binoculars and stares at girls in the pool. It was reported to reception, i had a sense this was something that they already knew. Was very upsetting for our teenage girl I accept that management may not of known, I definitely should of reported it to police.

::Great place to stay and relax. Very helpful and friendly staff. Close to everything especially the harbour and the great restaurants underneath. No hesitation to stay again.

::Wow what a great place, with the exception of perhaps some new furniture required, the stay there was fabulous, close to everything and a great view as well. The staff were ever to helpful and always welcoming, a special thanks to Sharon who went the extra mile. We will surely be back. The only thing that was bothering, was that there were not many accor restaurants to be able to take advantage of our accor card.

::Whilst the hotel itself was adequate, I was incredibly disappointed by the aggressive nature of the staff. My partner checked in before me and advised the front desk staff that I would be arriving later. Upon arriving, I informed the front desk that my room had already been checked into and that my partner had called before. My name was even on the booking. Surprisingly, the man wearing a blue shirt (front desk manager) started aggressively shouting at me and accused me of trying to break into the hotel room. I was shocked at the immediate escalation. He was pointing at me aggressively and said “there is no way you’re getting up that elevator”. Another staff member came out from the office and casually mentioned that my partner had called down. The man then blamed a “communication issue” and did not offer an apology. This review comes at the expense of one man, the front desk manager, from an otherwise adequate hotel experience. I am disappointed to be on the receiving end of such aggressive behaviour from an Accor hotel employee. My partner and I travel frequently to FNQ for work and will be staying at the Hilton from now on. I do not recommend that anyone stay here due to the front desk manager.
