  I used the pay at the pump facility on Sunday. They held $100 from my account and my petrol only came to $40. I am still Waiting for my money back. This is very poor customer service and a very poor experience. My family and friends will never use Caltex as their service station of choice due to this very reason. Well done Caltex!
