  After making a +$50 purchase, I was given the wrong change. Ripped off by $20. I immediately walked back to the counter where I was told I would be called later on once the till had been counted and the surveillance cameras checked. This happened on a friday evening. I then called back the next morning, Saturday as I didn't receive a call back. Then told to call back on Sunday as the manager needed to talk with the boss. So I called again on Sunday afternoon and was told once again I would need to call back the next day. By this point I realised they had no intention of giving me back my money. I have also purchased meals from there to find half the contents missing. I spoke with my friend and as it turns out she has had the same thing happen to her. So I wonder how many other people have had either their money or meals ripped off? Extremely disappointed! Will never purchase from another Caltex station again.
