  It’s a shame that the processes here have broken down to the point that a simple repair job has taken almost 4 months to complete. The only way I can get someone to contact me is to call up myself, and after being told 4 weeks ago (after repeated visits, calls, and follow ups with no response) that “it’ll be finished this week”, I still haven’t received as little as a courtesy call to explain the further delays.

  Fantastic service from the most knowledgeable staff in Perth. I got overexcited and bought a flash I would never use. Had the worst buyers remorse. They took it back and refunded me so graciously. Was absolutely delighted. So guess who is getting my money next time???

  I enquired about the Ex-Demo version of OM-D EM-5 Mark II and had a lot of questions. Michal from the web sales team was really welcoming, patient and helpful in replying to my queries and assisted with the purchase. So far, I am enjoying the camera. Thank you Michal. :)

  I had dropped my camera while on holiday an had these guys an gals take care of it. Had it all sorted out with in a week. Much thanks to Heidi as I can now enjoy my travels around oz and then off to Peru.

  Was very impressed with the fantastic customer service shown by the staff when I came to their Stirling St store needing a very insignificant (in terms of price - it cost me $8) part for my camera set-up. The staff who assisted me could have easily said they don't have the part that I needed. Instead, they spent time and effort going through their stock and found one that I could use. Being a small business owner myself, their staff attitude in handling my needs was inspiring. Thank you so much!
