  For the price we paid great rooms, gym, pools and staff. Awesome location and really enjoyed our stay.

  had a wonderful week. Rooms were very spacious, clean and reception staff friendly. Enjoyed the in door pool as we could not use the outdoor pool until later in week due to improvements. Close to everything we needed. The only complaint would be that even though there were signs in pool area about behaviour and pool rules some guests show to ignore them. Will stay there again

  Extremely hard to find the lift sensor (it kind of blends in with the ringer and does not pop out of a panel like other sensors so a normal person wouldn't know its actually sensor. trust me I'm a techie). Also very hard to use the sensor as the key tag works only on the sticker side. Encountered very bad service when the staff raised her voice after following me to the lift and herself had difficulty with the sensor, when I asked for help. House on the other hand was very huge and quite good. They even have a spare beachball for your children and board games. what really brings back up the overall rating is the bomb ass location; literally a stone throw away from the beach. You can actually do a sunrise timelapse from your balcony if you wish. Location is also a 5 minute drive to the mall and right beside the apartment there is also a coles mart. bathroom was satisfactory but mum mum felt it was sub standard. The water temperature is very variable ranging from ice cold to hot every 10seconds for some reason. All in all a 5 star location with a 1 star service and the apartment in between. I would give it a 2.5 stars to be honest.
