  Do not shop here!! The owner of carpet one 'don switell' is a lier and a thief, the worst customer service from their fake staff and the installation was done by a complete novice and I'm left to pay someone to fix the disaster that they have left me with!! The vinyl in my kitchen has to be replaced because their installer butcherd it and tries to hide his work with silicon (couldn't even do that properly).. Bubbles through all rooms with carpet, when I've tried to get this resolved I have been given lie after lie and have now given up. Carpet One is a disgrace!

  Broke our carpet railing, and just glued it down LOL. Once they've got your money they don't want to hear your problems, like the glued down railing lifting up and cutting feet which they refuse to fix. (Bare in mind when you lay a new carpet you're supposed to put a NEW railing in, which they didn't). Revolting customer service from the manager 'Don'. This is definitely the place to go if you want crap service, and want to be made to feel stupid.

  Extremely poor. Service is disappointing. Staff reschedule appointments without confirming with the customer and create excuses non stop. Very poor management of staff and installation procedures. Providing a high quality standard of service to customers is definitely not their priority. Very unprofessional and definitely won't recommend to anyone.
