  Advertised open until 5:30pm. Closed more than 10 minutes early. Poor.

  I have bought goods from Cash converters at Fortitude Valley QLD for several years with generally good service. Recently a man by the name of Joshua Ware has become the retail manager for this store and everything from customer service to the quality of goods has become very questionable to say the least. In my last experience at this store I was verbally abused and threatened that I would no longer be allowed back in the store when I questioned the quality and functionality of an item which was obviously broken but was still being sold as fully functional although the "warranty" didn't extend to the broken part and their excuse was "they had to make money out of it either way"....Yes I was initially interested in the item but did not buy it in the end. Now I am a decent sized guy and can give it and take it....BUT....if Joshua spoke to me the way he did out on the street away from all the stores cctv cameras.....Well, I think you get the idea
