  They are fast, reliable and give good deals, I always buy there for my video games and handhelds, selling is different which I understand they have to make some prophet there and there. I would buy there again.

  What a rip off. Gave me $40 for my tv and now it's for sale for $200. If you need to sell thing go to facebook buy/ sell

  The buyers there are taking advantage of the geelong community. Under the certain circumstances that draw people to sell their things here in such a small suburb it makes the employees feel like they can undercut people who are clearly struggling. I have a few items that i like to get appraised every so often and I have never been offered so little money. When i returned to melbourne city the next day to double check their opinion I was offered almost double what they offered here at this store. I'm not fond of the way they treated me when i explained previous appraisals and in future I will spend the $16 of public transport it costs to do it in the city because I will still come out on top, however, I shouldnt have to do this.

  Good range of products, but way over priced for 2nd hand goods. I sold them 7yr old lawn mower in excellent condition for $70, they have it for sale for $295. Now I payed $360 for it brand new 7yrs ago, so I think its abit rich to ask that much for it. Cash converters will always speak negatively about any product you may what to sell or loan money on. This is just so they can low ball you on price offered, but once that product hits the Sales floor its a different story, nothing negative to say about the product when their trying to sell it for 300% to 400% profit. Its a business and they have to make money, but underpricing things when they buy goods and then over pricing to sell is not customer service.
