::Lived here for 6 months so far. A quiet place to live on the river - alot of birdlife, ducks, large lizards in summer. Many elderly people who are friendly, willing to help, or leave you to yourself when needed. Early to bed, early risers. Maintenance constantly undertaken on property. Pool onsite is very clean and well maintained. Recommend it.
