::I called them about 10 days ago saying that I would pick a keyless lock from them and have it installed by them. The guy told me to fill out their online request. I did right after we hang up. Nothing came back so far. I should have anticipated the result because the guy on the phone sounded busy and not interested. PS: Ronnie the owner called me today (14/11/2015) and apologised. His sincerity has made me feel it was incidental, hence my rating changed from negative to neutral.
