  It would appear they are going out of business. Do not order from their website there is nothing going on there. No responses to emails, no phone being answered. Was a great business once. Sorry to see it fail.

  Fast delivery but no service when I wanted to return the item. I went on their web site to look up their terms. They requested a Return Authorisation number. I phoned the number listed twice and disconnected after ringing . I also emailed the customer service with no reply so I've sent the item back with little expectation of a refund

  Horrible customer service, i've had a better experience shopping on gumtree. Seriously avoid the store. Go to Reid Cycles down the road, although busy at least they answer questions, give advice and actually have staff that care.

  This surely isn't a legitimate business! Xmas order never turned up. Nothing on the website stated that deliveries would be delayed. Purchased a bike and was given 1-2 business day time frame. 4 days later nothing. Well there goes Xmas!

  Good range of products in store. Store brand bikes are, spec for spec, way more than the equal of branded bikes at similar price points. Prices are generally good and the workshop staff are very helpful. You can sometimes stand around feeling a little neglected upon walking in but, once engaged, floor staff are helpful and informative. Recommended.
